PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of certiorari in part. We quash the trial court's order compelling discovery of documents numbered 7, 8, 9, 12, and a portion of document number 11. We believe the petitioner has demonstrated the existence of a privilege from discovery as to these documents.
