Charles A. Kenney (Kenney) appeals his conviction following a jury trial for possession of a controlled substance in violation of IC 35-48-4-7, a class D felony, and dealing in cocaine in violation of IC 35-48-4-1(a)(1), a class B felony. We affirm.
