While this case does not deserve a Homeric epic, it has engaged in an Odyssey in time. Nine years ago, in 1981, Topco, Inc. ("Topco") filed a Chapter 11 petition in bankruptcy. Five years later, the bankruptcy court granted the trustee in bankruptcy's ("the Trustee") motion to convert the case from Chapter 11 to 7.
