Appellee John Paul Murphy, is trustee in bankruptcy for Domino Investments, Inc. ("Domino"). Murphy brought this action to void certain payments made by Domino to appellant General Electric Credit Corporation ("GECC"), contending that Domino did not receive "reasonably equivalent value" for the payments.1 The bankruptcy court found for the trustee and ordered GECC to refund the full amount of the contested payments...
