OPINION

DUNN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of murder. The jury found appellant, Joel Garcia, guilty and assessed punishment at 30 years confinement and a $10,000 fine.

Appellant's first point of error contends that the trial court erred in refusing to require the State to articulate a race-neutral basis for peremptorily striking every black venire person, thus violating appellant's due process right to be judged by a fair cross-section...
