In this lawyer discipline case, the accused was charged by a formal complaint of the Oregon State Bar, setting forth 16 causes of complaint involving 21 separate violations of 10 different provisions of the disciplinary rules.1 After three days of hearing, the Trial Panel found the accused guilty of eight separate violations.
