Wife appeals and husband cross-appeals the property disposition incorporated in the judgment dissolving a marriage of approximately 28 years. We conclude that the judgment should be modified in one respect and remand.

During the marriage, wife received by gift and inheritance substantial assets from her family. She contends that husband should not receive any part of those assets and that, in any event, one asset, the Gerlinger Industries...
