This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Lawon Johnson, the nine year-old minor child of plaintiff, Mary Ann Daniels. Lawon was burned when he attempted to burn an ant hill with gasoline while working in the yard of Don Matlock's trailer home which was located on property owned by Earl Peters. The gasoline was purchased by his older brother from A.D. Dauphine's store. Named as defendants were Peters, Dauphine and Dauphine...
