BAKER, Justice.

Bill D. Smith brought suit against Patricia Ann Smith to enforce an addendum to a settlement agreement incident to their divorce. Both parties moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted Patricia's motion, holding that the addendum was not enforceable. On appeal, Bill contends that the trial court erred in granting Patricia's motion and denying his.
