Prince Ella Braxton was indicted for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance in violation of § 13A-12-211, Code of Alabama 1975. The appellant pleaded guilty to this offense and the trial judge sentenced her to eight years' imprisonment, with three years of the sentence suspended.
