FLETCHER, Circuit Judge:

The trustee in bankruptcy of Loretto Winery Limited commenced the action that underlies this appeal to avoid statutory liens under 11 U.S.C. § 545. Les Saslow and Valley Farm Management, Inc., lienholders under California's producer's lien statute, appeal the affirmance by the bankruptcy appellate panel (BAP) of summary judgments in favor of the trustee in bankruptcy. We have no jurisdiction over Saslow's appeal but reverse in Valley...
