Dwayne Ivy appeals the judgment of the trial court terminating his parental rights. Ivy brings six points of error on appeal. Ivy contends: (1) the trial court had no personal jurisdiction over him because the citation waiver did not acknowledge receipt of a copy of the original petition; (2) & (3) there was no clear and convincing evidence of grounds for termination of his parental rights; (4) the trial court erred in failing...
