Turner L. Kunkel and Richard A. Bissing (collectively Kunkel) appeal an order of the United States District Court for the Central District of California dismissing with prejudice Kunkel's amended complaint, which included a patent infringement claim, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Kunkel v. Topmaster Int'l, Inc., Case No. CV 89-898 (C.D.Cal. Oct. 5, 1989). Kunkel also appeals the district court's dismissal without prejudice...
