Bissing (collectively Kunkel) appeal an order of the United States District Court for the Central District of California dismissing with prejudice Kunkel's amended complaint, which included a patent infringement claim, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Kunkel v. Topmaster Int'l, Inc., Case No. CV 89-898 (C.D.Cal. Oct. 5, 1989). Kunkel also appeals the district court's dismissal without prejudice...
