Robert Russell Mitchell, a/k/a Alfred Barthelotte, was indicted by the Grand Jury of Jackson County in October of 1980, for armed robbery with a deadly weapon, committed August 11, 1980, in violation of Miss. Code Ann. § 97-3-79 (1972). Mitchell pled not guilty to the armed robbery on February 13, 1981. Bond was set at $15,000.00.
