This case comes to us from the 159th Judicial District Court in and for Angelina County, Texas having been tried before the Honorable David Walker on a set of stipulated facts and written briefs. The trial court rendered a money judgment against all three defendants jointly and severally in the sum of $10,630.60 plus cost, interest and attorneys' fees.
