This is an appeal from the judgment of the Chancery Court of Perry County. The appellant was found in contempt of the Final Judgment for Divorce and ordered to pay the sum of $2,160.00 to the appellee. In addition, the appellant was ordered to be confined to jail until she purged herself of the contempt; however the chancellor suspended the execution of the order of incarceration for sixty days to allow...
