Plaintiff, Michael Wayne Brown, instituted this action for worker's compensation benefits against his employer, Knost Roofing Corporation (Knost Roofing), and its insurer, Commercial Union Insurance Company (Commercial Union). The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, awarding worker's compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney's fees.
