McMullan (McMullans) appeal from a summary judgment of the chancery court of the first judicial district of Hinds County granted the defendants Geosouthern Energy Corporation, NRG Exploration, Inc., Stanley King, George Bishop and Uree Garner, dismissing the McMullans' complaint to cancel a release theretofore given the defendants because of an alleged misrepresentation in inducing the release....
