Sabrina Dupree appeals from the imposition of a mandatory-minimum sentence of imprisonment of not less than four years and no more than twelve years pursuant to D.C.Code § 33-541(c)(1)(A) (1988) after she entered a plea of guilty to distribution of dilaudid in violation of the D.C.
