Richard M. Starr appeals suspensively from the April 6, 1988 judgment partitioning the community of acquets and gains that formerly existed between him and Dale Sierra Starr. Richard Starr raises five issues on appeal; in her answer to the appeal, Dale Starr contravenes those claims and raises four new issues.
