Defendants appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to set aside a default judgment. We affirm.

In 1978, plaintiff entered into lease and loan agreements for logging equipment with the defendant companies. The Nymans signed the agreements as guarantors. The companies experienced financial difficulties and, in March, 1982, plaintiff filed a complaint against all defendants on the agreements. It settled with all except the Nymans.
