These consolidated actions arise out of a tutorship proceeding.

FACTS

On March 19, 1987, Michael Richard Ingraham, II, died intestate as a result of a barge explosion on Lake Maurepas. Ingraham was survived by his wife, Brenda, and three children. At the time of Ingraham's death, Brenda was seven months pregnant with the couple's fourth child, who subsequently was born. Shortly after her husband's death, Brenda moved from the family...
