This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Clay County wherein Eric Pritchett [Eric] was convicted of involuntary manslaughter pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated, Section 97-3-47 (1972), and sentenced to fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with fifteen years suspended and five years probation conditioned on the defendant serving one year in the Clay County...
