A jury trial resulted in the conviction of appellant of Murder, for which he received a sentence of fifty (50) years.

The facts are: On November 4, 1986, appellant picked up Mario Sanders and Phillip Serros in his car to go get something to drink. They subsequently picked up the victim, Floyd Lee Bailey, and the four men pitched in to purchase some wine. They then cruised around in the automobile drinking wine.
