This appeal arises out of a vehicular collision between John Warren Thibodeaux, plaintiff-appellant, and Jill Renee Landor.

Thibodeaux filed suit against his uninsured motorist insurer, Imperial Lloyds Insurance, second appellant herein, and Clarence Landor, father of the minor, Jill Renee Landor.
