Plaintiff M. Suzanne Sylvester (Sylvester), a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, appeals from the circuit court's orders (1) enforcing an oral settlement agreement, and (2) denying her the interest awarded to her in a $15,512 arbitration award. Sylvester argues that (1) the settlement agreement was not enforceable due to lack of consideration, and (2) the circuit court erred in ruling that she had waived her right to the interest.
