Preston Ridge Financial Services Corporation ("Preston Ridge") appeals the trial court's overruling of its motion for summary judgment against appellee, O. Jan Tyler, and the trial court's granting of Tyler's motion for summary judgment in Preston Ridge's suit against Tyler for damages under a guaranty agreement executed by Tyler.
