This is an appeal by the defendant Oscar Augusto Solis Cardenas from a temporary injunction issued by the circuit court below freezing half the funds contained in certain of the defendant's bank accounts in Miami, Florida. This injunction was issued at the request of a Guatemalan court in order to preserve the status quo pending disposition of a domestic relations suit brought in that court by the plaintiff...
