No. 89-2082.

568 So.2d 997 (1990)

Susan S. "Stacy" HALLIGAN, Appellant, v. ARAB TERMITE & PEST CONTROL OF FLORIDA, INC., etc., et al., Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

October 25, 1990.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Shelia Gwen Lewis Millar, Longwood, for appellant.

Michael A. Smith, Dunnellon, for appellees.

PER CURIAM.

The summary final judgment rendered in favor of the defendant is reversed.
