PLOTKIN, Judge.
Plaintiff, Purchase Corporation, a nonresident, appeals the trial court's dismissal of its action against defendant Carol L. Starkes on an exception of lack of subjectmatter jurisdiction. We reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.
