Following a bench trial, defendants, Eric Hoskins and Gary McWilliams, each were found guilty of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault. Hoskins was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment and McWilliams was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment. In their consolidated appeal, defendants contend that they were not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of aggravated criminal sexual assault because complainant consented...
