Leonard Rowe and Walter Rash were indicted by a federal grand jury of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343, 371, one count of wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and two counts of interstate transportation of stolen goods, securities or money in excess of $5,000, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2314, 2.
