Mark G. Hemmler (claimant) petitions for review of a decision and order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which reversed the decision of the referee and denied benefits to claimant.

Claimant was employed as a custodian for Clarks Summit State Hospital (employer) on June 17, 1986, when he sustained an injury consisting of a sprain to the left ankle and torn ligaments while playing basketball with other employees
