NEWBERN, Justice.

Jack William Beebe appeals from his conviction of aggravated robbery and theft for which he was sentenced to concurrent sentences of 50 and 60 years imprisonment as an habitual offender. He raises four points of appeal, and we find none of them warrant reversal.

Martha Campbell testified that she and her husband, Jesse Campbell, and Beebe discussed robbing a convenience store. Jesse obtained a shotgun belonging to Martha's brother. He sawed...
