THIS MATTER is now before the Court on the plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment for Violations of the Federal Consumer Leasing Act, filed October 31, 1989. Having reviewed the memoranda of the parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that the motion is well-taken and will be granted.
