OPINION

HOWELL, Justice.

Billy Ray McBride appeals his convictions of burglary of a habitation and engaging in organized criminal activity. The jury assessed punishment at fifteen years' confinement and a fine of $10,000 for burglary of a habitation and sixty years' confinement
