LYNNE, Senior District Judge:
In this action, posited upon 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the jury, responding to special interrogatories, found that "plaintiff's termination by the defendant [was] in violation of free speech rights under the First Amendment" and awarded her compensatory damages in the amount of $12,500 against Roberts in his official capacity as Fulton County Tax Commissioner (R-31).
