ROBERTSON, Justice.

Following appellant's conviction for aggravated robbery, the trial court assessed punishment at life imprisonment. On appeal, appellant asserts as error the trial court's failure to instruct on a lesser included offense of aggravated assault; the trial court's failure to grant a mistrial based on a comment by the prosecutor on the failure of appellant to testify; the trial court's failure to conduct a hearing on appellant's competency...
