Dorel Wayne Burrow, defendant, was convicted by a twelve member jury of the second degree murder of Ella T. Hanna, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. Defendant was sentenced to serve life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
