Defendant, Mark Jacob Schaub, was charged by bill of information with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98. Defendant pled not guilty and filed a motion to quash the bill of information and a motion to suppress the results of a breath analysis test.
