The issue presented by this appeal is whether the trial court correctly dismissed the plaintiff's suit by finding no negligence on the part of defendant.

Wanda Zeagler (hereinafter plaintiff) sued the Town of Jena (hereinafter defendant) for damages for personal injuries which resulted when she was shot by her husband.
