COHEN, Justice.

Appellant pled guilty to driving while intoxicated, and the trial court assessed his punishment at a fine of $100 and jail confinement of 730 days, which was probated.

The State moved to revoke probation, alleging that appellant had violated five terms of his probation, i.e., by committing the offense of public intoxication on October 30, 1988; by using intoxicating liquor on October...
