OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM JUDGMENT

ROSEN, District Judge.

This matter is presently before the Court on Defendant Cabanas del Caribe Hotel's Motion for Relief from Judgment filed on May 16, 1990. Cabanas del Caribe Hotel is a hotel situated in Cozumel, Mexico. Defendant seeks relief from the default judgment in the amount of $126,797.00 entered in this "slip and fall" diversity case on August 18, 1987 by Judge Pratt.
