Defendant James Michael Rowland pled guilty to attempting to possess with intent to distribute less than fifty kilograms of marijuana. 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 841, 846. On appeal, he asserts two errors relating to his sentence: (1) the district court should have awarded him a reduction in the sentence for his acceptance of responsibility, and (2) the district court imposed an excessive fine.
