The plaintiff, Bobby Forrest, sued the developer, Common Point Investment Group (CPIG), the developer's successor in interest, "W.M.L.", A Partnership in Commendam (WML)1, and the construction lender, Allied Bank of Texas (Allied), for the payment of legal services...
