On the evening of December 23, 1987, the Wet Willy's Fireworks store in Hatton, Missouri was robbed by one or two men armed with shotguns. The appellant, John Kevin Daly, was convicted of robbery in the first degree on October 26, 1988, in relation to the robbery of Wet Willy's.
