KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

Phillip Bruce Lang appeals his conviction on two counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 and five counts of interstate transportation of falsely-made securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314. Lang contends that the district court erred in admitting the grand jury testimony of a government witness under Fed.R.Evid. 804(b)(5), the catchall exception to the hearsay rule.
