This suit arises from a judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellant, Carolyn Gioustover and against defendant-exceptor, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate) for injuries she received as a result of an automobile collision with a vehicle driven by defendant-appellee, Donald Bonanno. At the time of the accident, Bonanno's liability insurer was Progressive American Insurance Company (Progressive).
