Defendant appeals her convictions, on stipulated facts, for unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992(4); ORS 475.992(1).1 She assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence found during a search of her apartment and statements made sometime after the search. The trial court held that the police had unlawfully "seized" defendant's apartment...
