Appellants Keith and Evelyn Combe appeal the trial court's summary judgment for appellees, Breuer-Harrison, Inc. (B-H), Casper J. Breuer, and William Harrison, against the Combes for anticipatory repudiation of a real estate contract entered into by the parties. The Combes also appeal the trial court's summary judgment dismissing the Combes' cross claims against appellees Attorneys' Title...
